
Jen Dick is a certified Personal Trainer through ASFA (American Sports and Fitness Association).
Jen has been in the fitness industry for over twenty years. Jen really likes to get to know her clients so she can find out their personal goals, which helps her design a specific workout regime that will fit their needs. Jen can train all abilities from young to mature. Jen offers one on one, couples and small group training packages. Jen has a wide range of training programs from: Weight-loss, HIIT, Strength, Endurance, Flexibility and Balance.
