Group personal training classes is a perfect way to get professional training with endless variety of exercises. These classes will give you what you need to achieve your goals, stay motivated, weight loss, modify based on your needs and stay consistent for success. We have a drop in fee to pay as you go or get a deep discount at $10 per personal training session when you sign up for the month of (8 total sessions). Tell some friends to join us.
