Youth Speed, Strength & Agility

We are offering youth athletic training. This is great for offseason training to work on speed, agility and strength. To improve your sport and athletic ability, you must work on your overall conditioning. Through the years athletic trainers have been increasing overall performance through this type of specific training that will help the body gain speed, agility and strength. All levels are welcome to join. Workouts are lead by Coach Eric Landers. Coach E has a background in performance training, played on the collegiate level and currently coaches at local school.
